What should I know about the prices yet?

The prices don't include the taxes (2,80€).
Children up to 3 years pay nothing, from 4 - 17 years we charge 15 €. From 18 years on you pay 25 € for an extra bed.
Up to 3 nights will be a surcharge of 10%.
The payment can be made with PagoBancomat or credit card.

When can be purchased the rooms?

Rooms are ready after 2pm. In case of very early or late arrival, please let us know.

When do I have to leave the rooms?

We ask you to leave your room by 10.30 AM on the day of your departure.

What about the rules for dogs?

Dogs are welcome at a charge of 12 Euros per day excluding food, plus € 20,00 for the final cleaning. You are welcome to bring your pet in the garden.

How it behaves in a short-term change in the Services?

Guests of our apartments can sign up for our breakfast buffet or order bakery service up to 6 pm.

What should I know about the spa?

Our sauna and steam bath can be booked free of charge. You tell us at least 2 hours' notice, we warm the baths for you and then you can use the spa exclusively for 2 hours. Children under 12 years are allowed to use the spa only in accompaniment by an adult. In addition, they may only use the Turkish steam bath.

Can I insure myself against possible problems regarding the leave began or early departure of my holidays?

Before the start of the journey, unexpected events happen. To protect you from cancellation fees, we recommend a travel insurance. In non-occurrence of the reserved stay will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% from 10 weeks prior to arrival, 20% from 9 weeks and for each additional week +10%. In case of early departure, the total period will be charged.

How does the travel insurance?

Our landlord association "Südtirol Privat" cooperates with the European Travel Insurance. This offers interesting and favorable opportunities for a holiday insurance. All other information can be found here.
